I saw my first one on Saturday, and took a bunch of pics. Canon 10D, 28-135 IS lens, 1/250 or 1/200 sec shutter speed to stop most of the action, but keep the wheels blurred.

No MINIs showed up (well, mine was parked at the side of the track, but that doesn't count) - probably because this is really abusive driving. Maybe if someone had a loaner car, or a rental...

Yeah, I think they need some MINIs to spice things up, too.

I wonder if a CVT MC would be a good option. The transmission would always keep up in the power range, and it would allow easy left-foot braking. I've never done anything like this, so I could be way off base with those assumptions.
