Legal Rights of Photographers
Legal Rights of Photographers
Saw a thread on this in the D70 forum on Nikonians today and thought it might be of interest to all of the photographers out there in MINI land. It comes from Thursday's morning edition on NPR.

Related to this: does anyone have experience with getting permits for a photoshoot?? I have seen reports in some cases that insurance is sometimes required as part of the permitting process. Anyone know of any insurance carriers that cover such things?

Cool. That's a start.
I notice that they mention permits for "certain commercial still photography." I'm a little curious what "certain" means.
When I get some time to dig into this I'll post what I find out.
