I've been looking at getting the G-wing so I've been staring at pictures of your car quite a bit! Thanks for the walk around. Looks very well sorted. For the seats, do you just run the resistors to keep the airbag light from going off? Corbeau's are also on my list of things down the road.

Hi thanks for the feedback, theres plenty of the build pics and current state here:

For the seats, I have had the car coded to show no issues with airbags etc for both seats and steering wheel.

The Corbeau seats I have are definitely bottom of the range, they do a job at that price point. I will say they are not comfortable for long journeys, they are built to a budget. Not great for a serious track car but good for what I use mine for

I have a carbon GWing from a guy named Henry Cooper that makes them in the states and am located in Seattle if you ever want to see it in person. Oh I also have Corbeau seats with done by B_roadhuntingclub in the car also.

Tweedbean, cheers for the response, those pictures were a pleasure to follow along. I have aspirations for my little mini, hopefully I don't quite go so far :D.

Joshua P: Oh for sure, I would love to take a look sometime! Digging a lot about your car and seems like I may be on a similar path. Mayhaps we'll take to PM's to keep this thread from cluttering?

I see you replaced the headliner on your sunroof equipped R53. Was it difficult to remove the headliner without damaging it?

Super easy remove the grab handles, sun visors etc then pull it out the back of the car, you have to fold it a little but it springs back
