This is my first Mini after 8 or so Miatas. Just thought I'd show what I've done to it so far. Pulley and intake soon to come from DDMWorks. Learned how to detail and stripe cars at a Chevy dealer back in the 80's as a summer job. Total for the stripes is $89.

 

Looks sweet. Where did you get the stripes at? I'd get them in black for myself.

Barrett, I just buy 24" vinyl from a local sign shop and cut them myself. Keeps the price cheap enouph to change them all the time.
That7guy, Sweet. Mine is turbo charged also. It was a feild find and almost two years of complete rebuild. New motor, suspension, bushings, interior, ect. I just got a set of 6UL 8" rims and ecsta xs's on it. Can't wait to get back on the track this spring. You on M.net?

I have an idea -- why don't we leverage clmson89's good idea and make this thread a general repository for MINI "before and after" pics? As near as I can tell, there are no past threads in this forum (at least in the last six years) specifically dedicated to that purpose, and the thread title here is perfect for the purpose. It will be interesting to see how folks' MINIs have morphed over their years of ownership.

The only rule ought to be that the subject of both the "before" and "after" photos must be the same MINI. Try to keep it to one "before" pic and one "after" pic and to keep it firmly on topic, choose the particular photos that you believe best represent the transition.
