Anyone have / use one of these? I'd be curious to know:

-- what camera you use it with;

-- how wifi coverage has been;

-- roughly, how often the geo tagging actually works;

-- if you have it download locally, or email / post to a site (and to which one);

-- and your general thoughts on it.

I ask, as I'm moving back to the States this summer for a short while, and I'll be semi-near the Dragon.

I don't have it, haven't used it, and only know what I've read...

That said... there's no wifi on the Dragon... and the closest access points you're likely to lock onto are back at the hotel in Robbinsville or Fontana, quite a few miles away... so it would geocode to that location... right?

No idea. I'm assuming that it cuts or fixes to the access points. And it should be any access point that is geo-coded, which is more and more common (iphone is counting on that increasing, for example).

It MIGHT see an AP at the Deal's Gap store... but I don't know if they have any wireless (private or otherwise) there...

But, like I said... not many humans in some of those areas up there... and even less technology....

OK, thanks. Would still be interested to hear from others about usage. I suspect I'll take a million happy snaps, just being back in the States....

No... I'm going to completely monopolize this thread with useless ramblings by a guy who knows nothing about the product. After all, this IS NAM....

Look, Blimey -- M7 makes good products, even if they are made in China. I will not stand by and let you flame them like that!

I was thinking about getting one of those but I haven't been able to find a place that sells them...
