Paintless Dent Removal in N. Chicago Suburbs
Two sources come to mind. First contact your local BMW Car club of America Chapter and ask if they know of a good dent removal technician. Then second you can ask around at each import dealership repair dept- who does their dent removals. In Hawaii there is a source who will also do it on the side as his own business. He does 3 days a week at a local domestic dealer repair shop. He says it is easy to learn but few people out of a thousand trained will have the right approach and patience to do a great job. I saw him work about an hour on a BMW at night under portable lights in a driveway and his work was fantastic. Makes me want to get some dents just to see him do it again. Dents in my old car, not my MINI.
Try "Dentbuster". Their website is http://www.dentbusters.com and see if they have shop in your area. I have a very large dent in which the bodyshop says the whole panel it needs to be replace. But this company were able to fix it in 3 hrs.
Patrick MINI uses them for their dent service, but I went directly to their shop.

I used Dent Wizard when I had hail damage back in July. Allstate recommended them and they did a magnificent job. Look them up on the web at www.dentwizard.com or call them at 1-800-DENT-WIZ. I went to their 'hail location' in Palatine, but it appears they have many locations throughout the Chicagoland area.
What I would not recommend is any of those outfits that set up a tent in your neighborhood gas station.
Good Luck
