Yeah, well... having a cooper saves me money on performance mods.

You can spend many dollars on non-engine mods as I have found out. I have more money in wheels, tires and suspension than in engine mods.

Blake, that computer sounds sick. Next time I purchase a computer I am going with a MAC Daddy over a PC.

I'm pretty happy with my suspension and wheels right now... though I did almost pull the trigger on camber plates over the weekend.

Sounds pretty close to where I'm at. I didn't get MS office though. I'm mostly going to be using this for photo processing on the road (at least that's what I said before I bought it, it's turning out I'm using it more than my desktop now that I have it so my software plans may change).

Ya, I need it for lectures in class, so MS Word is important to me.

I'll be installing some Megan coilovers on a Cooper for one of our club members soon. I'm anxious to see how that works out.

I'm running the Koni FSD's with the stock springs, SS+ front sway and 19mm rear sway. Given this is my daily driver, I don't have any plans to go coilovers, but the megans do seem like a great deal.

I come here to forget about computers. I live with them most of every day. Where's that thumbs down emoticon?

They can be setup pretty soft, too. If you ditch the runflats and set them to about 12, they ride better than stock.

They seem to work for you just fine the way they are.

Adjustabiltiy is great if you have the patience to tinker with them at different settings. My ATV has a fully adjustable suspension and I never mess with it. But maybe I should so I can get faster lap times at the track.

I'm going to order 8" nimbers to save myself some money... The SCCA national rules state an 8" minimum. Detroit says they use national standards... I bet the bay area made a typo... I won;t be going to them anyways.
