When you go to new posts, put your cursor on the envelope with the arrow in it on the left hand side, and it will tell you how many posts you have in thet thread.
Then if you click on the number under replies, you can see all the people that posted in that thread, and how many times.

That's alright, he was feeling as bad as I am and I think I will be over it sooner. It's a good thing that most people's MINIs are stuck in shopping mall parking lots instead of looking for service. Next week may be a little busy, though, because I had to postpone an exhaust install and oil change.
