So, you're going to put it on, even though you will have to take it off again?
The potholes in the Bay Area are getting too numerous to dodge all of them. I need a little protection from mushrooming even if I have to take it off and put it on a few times for other mods.

I knew they had fixed, but the adjustable ones look good. I don't know how they lower the car, though, unless they somehow the bearing sticks up through the hole in the tower.
I have a feeling it just replaces the stock top part of the strut... I cant remember if the front has them, but something like the part of the rear ones that caused the megans to fail?

I don't think so, but I've not seen them. Save your lunch money and buy a set of each brand and compare.
