So, you're going to put it on, even though you will have to take it off again?

The potholes in the Bay Area are getting too numerous to dodge all of them. I need a little protection from mushrooming even if I have to take it off and put it on a few times for other mods.

Ya, its well worth it for an extra 5 to 10 minutes to take it off and put it back on.

Also, what do you think of this camber plate?

I knew they had fixed, but the adjustable ones look good. I don't know how they lower the car, though, unless they somehow the bearing sticks up through the hole in the tower.

I have a feeling it just replaces the stock top part of the strut... I cant remember if the front has them, but something like the part of the rear ones that caused the megans to fail?

I don't think so, but I've not seen them. Save your lunch money and buy a set of each brand and compare.

I'm headed out the door. Get fuel, coffee, and doughnuts, and then I will be there.

I'll be here. I'm cleaning up all the branches and debris from four days of down pour. My wheelbarrel is completely full of water so it rained a lot.

I must have just missed it on the way home. Happy B-Day; you must be really old now! Unfortunately, I am not that far behind. If we keep doing MINI stuff, we'll never really be old. Thanks for the drive back. It's always harder to lead than to follow and you did an excellent job.
