I was over at Easton as well, got to see a guy spin his SUV and no he did not get off the phone durring the spin. Then he backed up and kept going as if nothing had happened. Thankfully he did not hit anyone, but he was much closer to me than I would want a spinning global warming accelerator to be, especially with an operator who is talking on a cell phone.
