If I can make it on Saturday you can check out the one I have.
I won't be there this Saturday, planning on Dec. I have a date with Mickey Mouse and the Mayfield High Marching band this weekend.

I do know that my daughter's ipod nano and my ipod touch can use same cord to charge and download from (I think that is a 30 pin connection) Very interested in cable you posted.

I know the iphone is thicker I was't sure I'd like the reception on the phone, went with itouch to make Spawn mad!!!

Ok, if the Touch has the 30 pin then the cord should work. You will notice a difference over the headphone jack.

The iPhone and Touch use the same dock connector as iPods, but certain devices do not work. My iPhone does not work with the line out dock connector cable that works fine with my iPods.

Apple introduced technology with the iPhone (and I'm guessing the Touch) that requires some devices to have a special Apple-approved chip. The other report I've read similar to this is not being able to use old docks with video out for playing iPod movies on televisions...people had to buy new docks for this. But then again, it's an $8 cable, so it can't hurt to try.

Another LAME benefit

****Tell ya what I'm gonna do. I like you guys, so if you buy me an i phone, an I touch & an i pod I will research the compatibility of cables to devices. Heck I'll even spring for the cables.

****Another LAME membership benefit, free of charge.**** You can bring the i thingies to breakfast Saturday.

My new laptop for i thingie testing......

Thanks, now just to be fair to everyone it's the first person to give me the i thingie that gets the free testing. The others will have to pay a small fee.

Instructions for the i pod shuffle. I hope this helps.....

I need to start more threads...

this is better then anything on tv. Thanks for not letting me down.

If I get mad about anything again, I'll just post it and sit back to read.

Not sure if I'll make it. My poor MINI had a run-in with an impact wrench and I'm waiting on a replacement wheel hub from Aaron. Hopefully that all gets resolved before this weekend, but it's not looking good right now.

I wish I could make it. Mini will now be sitting in garage, safe and sound, I'm now taking son's 1991 Buick-beater to airport. I'll give Mickey (or Mini) & Goofy a hug from you guys. After last trip & meeting Mike Ditka who knows who I'll meet up with

Are you taking your I-Pod with you? I hear that it's a simple installation to put an aux input into the back of an airplane seat ....you just remove the downtubes ....reach behind the seat pocket... or take Silverback LAME Installation Services Company with you

Have a good time, we'll see you in December
