but how do I hook up with the local MINI meet?
I saw posted pics from Tidewater Virginia Area meet last year (Aug/02)
I don't want to miss if one is coming up.
I'm in Virginia Beach.

There is also a Yahoo Board you can join - it's mostly NOVA people but it will give you an idea what is going on up here if you ever want to motor up here. Just send an email to MINICCANCC-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and our moderator will get you all signed up

There is also a specific forum on here for Mid-Atlantic - check that out. Most of the events are posted there along with MINI2 and Roadfly and of course, the Yahoo board.
