Greetings, Talk is in the air of another "Mini" Quaker Steak and Lube wing night out in Robinson Township. This one will be held on Tuesday, November 25th at 7:00pm.

Parking is a nightmare often on All You Can Eat Wings Night. We are going to shoot for parking in the Citizen's Bank parking lot next door to the Lube. Often there are some parking spaces hidden back there. Regardless please be there by 7:00pm so we can get a head count for the table.

Hope you guys can join us. The wings there are really tastey and the drinks are mighty cold. Plus if you have never been to any of the Quaker Steak and Lubes you are in for a real cool experience!

Please drop us a line either here or on Mini2 (under the 10-21 Lube Night link) to let us know that you are coming!

Hope to see you there,

Driving Hamster

I'd respond to your illicit post, Michael, but I just received my **** and I'm far too busy polishing it. Since I can't keep my hands off my new ****, I don't expect anyone else to control themselves, either, and all are welcome to play with it at the 'Lube on the 25th...

I just couldn't help myself... Somebody brought one of the Whelen Shift machines to one of our drives over the Spring. The big joke all day was "Hey wanna see my big heavy ****!?"

Every since, it's been a running joke around here with the Whelen's...

^^ IMO, the fascination with these fine hunks of metal might have less to do with their stellar performance and more to do with the fact that talking about them takes us to some delightful place between 4th and 5th grade. I just can't stop telling everyone how perfectly my **** fits my hand...

You know I think I might have to come up there from DC and see this new ****. Wouldn't you like to be a fly on the wall in my house for that conversation?

"Hey Patricia, I want to go up to Pittsburgh to check out Kelly's new ****..."

"Yeah whatever, go change David he's got a dirty diaper..."

And PB, you did want Michael to change the diaper, right? Cause my **** just might shudder at the thought of visitation diaper duty...

Ahh...feeling the love of the people! Mike, don't you worry, Michelle and I will be back soon enough (actually coming to Philly this weekend for a party at an old co-workers place).

You guys are always welcome at our Pittsburgh events! You would love the wings at "the Lube"

^^ Yeah, guys! You should come to welcome Graham! Rather, you should come hang out with Hamster, Graham and I, since it seems right now that we'll be the only one's there...

Who's Graham? Graham Norton? He's really funny, but I didn't see anything on BBCA that said he was coming back to the US.

Trouble is I have classes on Mon and Thu nights, and Sat afternoons. PB is headed to Florida next week, and when she gets back she has to go back to work. I'm not too keen on a long road trip with David by myself, expecially since he's breast fed and I'm not equipted to take care of those needs long term!!! Plus we need to save for our next big road trip: DC to Williamsburg, to Memphis, to Ft Lauderdale and back home. I know it's no cross-country trip but it's a lot with an infant and possibly a dog...

Strange thing, a good chunk of the threads I post on either die off after I respond or mutate into something else.

That's weird, Michael... it's like you're radioactive
) And he's moving from Dallas/Ft. Worth area to Pittsburgh and he's VERY cool. When I was in Ft. Worth, on my trip, he couldn't make it to our little gathering so he called Ches's (Zappa) cell to say hello. He's also a fellow stumble-sufferer.

Your east coast trip sounds very cool!

I'll tell you Pitt folks what....if you have an event that doesn't conflict with Michael's school schedule (hopefully he won't have a Saturday class in the spring) and isn't on a work night...we will do our best to make it. Until then, I'd suggest you guys get your butts down here. And to think, I almost could have had a Hamster do my epidural....at least then we would have seen him.

Regarding Michael's knack to morph or kill threads, Kelly, he isn't radioactive....it is just him. Even in live conversations he can twist conversations and kill topics with ease. It is more his personal superpower.

Hugs,
PB

Hmmm as we continue to twist and pervert this thread....

Maybe I should change my screen name to RADIOACTIVE MAN just like the comic book superhero from the Simpsons. That would be RM for short. RM which was my first job speciality in the Coast Guard (aka Radioman) that is until the Coast Guard did away with it, damn there's that whole radioactive thing again!

Either way it's definately more creative than mbabischkin... Things that make you go hmmmm

PrincessLokiGirl,

Glad you can make it! Parking on Tuesday night (all you can eat wing night) is always crazy. Sometimes there are spots in the Citizen's Bank lot next to the Lube. Either way look for a group of us standing outside (weather permitting) around 7:00pm.

See ya then,

Brian

Hey pittsburgh cats and kittens i'm new to this forum, but the wing night sounds like a mad time. Do i have to be part of a mini club or something to get in to these events? Let me know mates!

thanks,
Seth

This is not a formal PittStop MINI Club outing - just a fun, informal gathering of MINI owners from the area. Basically a good excuse to have a fun time! No need to be a part of the Club for something like this - but it might be worth joining the club for other events! (We are currently working on plans for our December event and on the calendar for next year.)
