Dang i was just in Richmond 2 days ago for vacation. If i had the money i would get it. Too bad, hopefully you can sell it at a great price and enjoy the new family car.

 

Call is right (i hate to say it). It was reactionary and uncool to call his cars tacky. They're unique and I'm sure I'd be happy to own any one of them. Was just mad he was saying i was playing games with the good people of NAM. Now let's race for pinks!!

And for the record, everything is cool between me and Jayar. We got it together behind the scenes. He is straight up...good man

 

I'll know about the strut brace tonight.

It will probably be sold with the car to the buyer on this board. He has until this evening to change his mind and not buy the car. If he decides to pass, I'll trade the car in and take off the strut brace to sell.

I'll post pics afterwards.

I got the piece from MINI Mania. It's aluminum (sort of brushed) and squared off...not tubular. aluminum color.

Too bad for me. My computer was down until earlier this morning. I am looking for a Mini S, either blue or the dark gray, and that was a fabulous price. I would have been the owner if not for my difficulties. Oh, well, the search goes on.

 

The car is being sold to a board member. So all the parts are staying with the car. Thanks for all the interest.
