WTB: Adjustable Front Struts

I am looking for some front adjustable struts for my 03 MC. I installed the Tein-S lowering springs about 3-4 months ago and know my front struts are clicking and rubbing. I have only found the koni adjustables but they are pricey. Maybe one of you guys got some used ones. Well let me know. I'm sure I will eventually break down and buy the Konis for $330 if nothing comes along. Thank you in advance.

You and me both, bud. And I'll take a stock MC front bar, Quicksilver exhaust, air filter, and ignition kit while we're at it!

So far, I've found the best prices at www.shox.com (no affiliation). I've seen similar prices advertised elsewhere, but not with free shipping (Koni's).

I have a quicksilver exhaust that I'll part with for $375 shipped, I purchased it from someone here on the boards for $375 shipped but never even opened the box as of yet. I also have an Alta that will be available whenever I get the Supertrapp in and the Alta out for $375 shipped.

I decided to go with the supertrapp instead, its real ugly but my Mini is a dedicated autocross car so I only care about weight/performance.

Craig

OK, sorry for the thread hi-jack. Back to Shocks.

thanks, they are selling the front koni's on ebay for $330 free shipping and the rear for $299 free shipping. But I was am trying to get them or something similar cheaper. I just want that damn banging and clicking to stop in the front. I'm about to put the stock springs back in for the mean time.

you can get rid of it your self...

it's from some of the coils hitting together. Some people put some rubber in there, I was going to get some 3/4" heat shrink tubing, but got lazy and just installed my H-sports as is. Any progressive spring will do it, as the softer part binds up, and you get the stiffer behaviour. If you really hate it, get some linear rate springs (I think the Dinan are linear, and maybe the Eibachs....). Search and ye shall find!
