Prestige Imports (BMW, VW) in Santa Rosa has a nice indi blue MCS. Saw it yesterday

 

I too am looking for an MCS, but live in Virginia...I'm not hijacking your thread with my own needs, but rather just popped in to suggest AutoTrader as well, as I'm sure you know of...I put in "any distance" looking for mine, and found a bunch in CA for good prices (although I just didn't want to deal with shipping from California)...I don't think you'd have too hard of a time finding one near you...good luck though, hopefully we both can find one soon

I have a 2005 MCS arriving later this month or early May (exact description below). If I'm not happy with it, I'll put it up for sale on this website. I wanted to get a new 2005 Acura RSX Type S, but I decided since I already had a 2003 RSX, I should try something new. I really enjoyed test-driving the Cooper S, but I don't know how happy I'll be owning one. If I'm not, I'm getting the Acura, and I would love it if someone on this site would buy my Cooper S so I don't have to go to AutoTrader or Ebay. Exact MSRP on my MCS is a little over $27,000. As far as what I would sell it for...well, I won't consider selling it until I hit 2,000 miles. I won't be able to take it over 4,000 rpm for the first 1,200 miles anyway. So, I won't be able to truly enjoy it until then. But like I said, if I don't like it better than the Acura after 2,000 miles, then I will put it up for sale on this site.

WOW Glad to see MINI is getting the cars to where they are in high demand. Or is MINI of Towson a $10k over MSRP dealer?

 

I'm selling my '03 MCS. It's electric blue, but has a white top. I posted it's availability a while ago, I'll try to find the post and bump it up so you (and others) can have a look. It's posted on cars.com, search for zip code 85718 (Tucson).

 

They had no markups on the cars.... just MSRP as usual

 

I bought my MCS from them back in September/October. Easy process, although I do live in the area so it's probably slightly easier for me. That said the reason for all the cars in the picture is the owner of MINI of Towson is buying up convertibles from all the dealers up north. There would be no way all those cars come from his alotment.
