For Sale: Kosei K-1's with Kumho MX's

While I love the light weight and awesome traction of this setup, they just don't fit my personality (I'm going back to my Exel TZ-10's and just don't need these anymore) So this is a shoutout to see if anyone else is interested in scoring basically brand new stuff!

Kosei K-1 Racing in 17x7.5" ET45
Kumho MX in 215/40-17
Aluminum hub-centric rings pressed into wheels for perfect fit
Kosei aluminum center caps, and chrome lug bolts
35 pounds a corner!
This setup is about $1,200 new, not including shipping.
600 granny miles; no track, no auto-x, just my boring and slow daily commute to work.
I'm thinking $1k takes this absolutely flawless set. I'd prefer local-esque, I'm not against meeting halfway in the midwest.

Hot Pics!:

Thanks for looking!
Cheers,
Ryan

Ryan: Damn your mking it tough. Love the K-1's but too much rubber on my runflats to convience wife I need new wheels/tries . I have a Chili Red and don't like the blue lettering on the wheels. Someone told me that it is decal and not paint. Do you know of any problems removing the blue lettering?

Bob - the blue lettering on the K-1's are stickersand can be easily removed. Also, the wheels come with blue valve stems and caps, but you can always get those changed out to a plain black at your local tire shop.

A good way to convice the S.O. you need new rims/tires is they are much lighter, and subsequently safer (easier to "get out of the way" and also shorter stopping distances), and also the non-run-flats ride WAY more compliant than the stock run-flat-bricks.

Cheers,
Ryan

Just spend an afternoon doing insane burnouts! That will take off a bit of the run-flat rubber!

Bisch has a great solution. BTW, what is "the S.O.?"

I love your wheels and I would take them off of your hands but I have a black/black car.
