I have an extra socket. $35.00 plus $5.00 postage. This socket is what you need for oil change.

Sad to say it, but I did too. I just didn't want to be the first to mention it. Just curious, what brand socket is it? Can't you just return it to where you got it from?

It is about 1" thick. I have a $6.00 socket also but it is about 3" thick,or tall.I put gauges on my S and can't use it,The end of my filter housing has the fitting.
It's no big thing,I have a 6ft tall tool box it will go nicely in.It is a hazet socket, special socket for BMW,Merc., and others with limited space.
