Officially selling my Mini. With 2 kids now, I realistically don't have enough time to go to the track enough to justify keeping this amazing machine and have it take up a garage spot.
For those that have followed the build, the car was entirely torn down and virtually every part/bolt was replaced with NEW parts including a forged motor build. I can share details on what all was replaced with interested parties. Just DM me. Car has 900 miles or less on all new parts. Car runs great and is a ton of fun on track! It was built to do track days and did 5 days at VIR. The rear airbags have been removed but I have them and will include them.
It's a 2005 MCS Slicktop 6MT. Comes with a lot of spare parts including a spare motor that is currently disassembled. Clean title in my name in hand. It is currently plated and I do drive it on the street some.

Unsolicited statement: I've seen this car in person at VIR. The build and attention to detail is noteworthy.. Check out his thread on the journey. Impossible to duplicate at this price.
