Long story short befor I dump more into my car this winter , I'd like to see if I could trade it for a JCW or GP turbo , manual cooper. My car I EASILY value low end 15k BUT I'd be willing to trade down within reason for the rite car. So kbb really means nothing to me.
I will try and make this short as possible as theres so much thats been done to my r53 now since owning it. I have over 25k$ into it. Heres info :
2004 mcs with 210k miles on the body BUT prior owner befor me put in a lower mileage trans and engine and he said when he did they had around 50k.
i suspect he was truthful judging by the crosshatching still present and lack of carbon on the pistons ect when i did the head and cam. That was 5x years ago , he drove it from Cali to here and sold it to me and I've put on since owning it around 15k miles. Since starting to build it 3x years ago , the oldest mods have no more than 10k miles on them and others much much less. The car passes emissions , I with the methanol sofar pulled a best 0-60mph in 4.1sec..I have a pic of the torque app showing a 4.4 without methanol and without it estimated whp at 295..with the meth it definitely feels atleast 300whp. It's fast ! And it hooks up !
the ONLY fault light is an airbag light which is very small as I have the GPS dash option and thats where its displayed. Gps in not working . Ac as of last month has been intermittent. But other than that , there's 0 issues.. it pulls strong N hard to 8000rpm redline and build 21lb of boost..
everything pretty much has been replaced starting with eng n trans , ps system under recall by dealer , every single gasket when head n cam was done , new head bolts ect , new timing chaine ,guides and tensioner, fuel pump and fuel filter , brake lines , ebrake cables , shifter cables, all the performance parts and what they replaced , both tmap sensors , crank , cam , coolant , both 02s , wideband , sparkplugs and oem coil ALL replaced in last 3 months or less. Indy 500 tires and rims have under 5k miles on them. I've replaced diff fluid , brake fluid ect ALL with high-performance synthetics. Sc oil is good and full. Coolant is a month old. Axles were replaced this summer also as well as a few balljoints. Like I said , the car runs n drives perfect. I'd trust it to Cali and back. I also have a slew of extra new or oem used that didn't need replacing but I still did sensors , extra 550cc injectors, stock rims n tires , back seats , 3-4 gallons of methanol, extra nozzles for the meth kit , spare oem sensors for pretty much the entire engine and Probably more I'm forgetting but it ALL goes with the car. Even the brand new clutchmasters lightweight aluminum flywheel.
YOU WILL NOT find another mini , with this many new parts for close to this price. If you wanna make your own by all means. Pm or respond to this post. Personal opinions arnt needed , either you love it or you hate it.

I have put alot of extra time into this car keeping it comfortable to drive as a daily.
little things like tightening all the interior panels and putting 2x sided tape behind spefic one or hot glue behind them so that there next to no rattles and no vibrations, , even with all aftermarket suspension amd body stiffening upgrades. It's still a comfortable pleasurable ride.. fun too.

Last guy came from middle on Missouri, like a 8hr drive 1x way.. I sent numerous videos , pics ect and he was all happy and excited, he was also 100% ok at 12k . Then he gets here , spends like 2hr looking ,driving and inspecting the car and then says " sorry but most I could get out was 10k but I'm here now and ille take it home today " I'm not interested in keeping the other set of rims and all the spare parts , everything I have that I aquired as either spares or upgrades for this car goes with it..
I didnt know to feel mad or bad but i told him , like i will tell everyone else. I , WILL , NOT , TAKE , ANYTHING , UNDER , 12K !
IF you think you can build this car for even half that , by all means be my guest..
but please PLEASE , if you , your friend or father is considering my car still , it will be 12,000$ and not 1$ less. I have absolutely no problem keeping this car , I dont need the money and i dont need to have the extra space. I LEGIT just want to move on to a new project that I can again , dive in head over heels into for a few years again.
also I do NOT drive this car on salty roads noneless in ANY weather other than nice days SO if your planning to check out the car , I HIGHLY advise checking my local weather and making sure theres been no recent snow or snow for that day... no offense but it's not fun letting someone just joyride and or feel the car out then I spend 3hr cleaning it again.
befor i owen the car it luved its life in nw cali so id like to be able to say " cars has never seen a salty road".. i take pride in having a rust free , clean car. Lol yea I know it's just a mini not a Ferrari but I take care of my things and take pride in keeping ny stuff nice.

cmon guys , here's your chance to get the MOST mini you can per $$$ . I have a price in mind and its less than half that ive spent on parts for this car alone..
I get it it... its a labor of love.. but dont think 7k is buying the car... be realistic please..
I also have cf fenders in the mail too rite now that should be here in 2x weeks.. cf vented Hoods also down to 700$ only too ( fenders were 600)
and a nib catcam 464 to REALLY step it up.
