Description:
Looking to for TVS900 with 55mm complete.
SOME ONE WANTS TO LET ERRRRRR RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP !
Goodluck with your search bud ! Is a sprintex out the question? I highly suggest it THOUGH if you do I HIGHLY suggest going with the upgraded tensioner..imo the tensioner setup it comes with is its only downfall. Though I'm sure it would be fine if running it on its oem pulley and stock crank but cmon now.. lol

yea. I've read where a few had problems with the gen1 kits and there info was posted n re posted.. well, I've read FAR more positive stories than negative if we're just passing what we've read.. also , alot of the failures were due to thinking you can just slap an upgraded sc onto ur car and mot have any supporting mods...
also how many of failures were from being improperly installed or abused... I mean , be real. Don't expect them to last like a stock unit would , that's just not realistic...but to go throw dirt on them, I wouldn't and this is from someone with 1st hand experience with one.

nope because i was around when these got released and know the ones who actually tested these before release... fun fact... it didnt last one track day before it got so hot it locked up and damn near grenaded... the TVS is a superior design built by Eaton... if i had to chose between a cheap sprintex or the supercharger that is strapped to cars like the ZR1 vette stock... ill take the eaton any day...

I totally agree they're not as reliable as stock or the tvs but to say they're unreliable is unfair.
Imo , hitting 20+lb of boost for under 2000$ isn't a bad deal..and omg , do they sound the part.

see, the 19 IS better than that 17 huh ? Everyone called me crazy.. gotta love that almost instant max boost ! Did you data log intake Temps? When I was running my 20% with just intake , larger ic and catless exhaust it had very very acceptable iat's. And even in summer temperatures they wouldn't have been any higher than a stock setup.
