OEM JCW exhaust: $200. Very clean, probably around 30k miles in So Cal. It was cut in half, but connector provided.
Located in Glendale, CA. I can get you shipping quotes, but be advised it will be at least $100 for greyhound, or $150 for UPS.
Installation available for a reasonable fee, by me, in my driveway.

Milltek mid pipe
Hi everyone, selling a slew of F56 3-door exhausts. Fits either JCW or S, or hey GP3 even.
All of these could be modified by a shop to fit a 5-door.
Located in Glendale, CA. I can get you shipping quotes, but be advised it will be at least $100 for greyhound, or $150 for UPS.
Milltek midpipe, resonator delete, with Remus adapter to fit US stock downpipe: $200. On my car for like 250 miles, if that. I cut it down a little to fit the GP3 exhaust. Made the GP3 a lot more agressive. This could be paired with any of these exhausts. Perfect fit for all of them. Size is 70mm / 2.75". Or it could fit any exhaust you've already got.

For those MCS owners who want a performance bump without sounding loud (Like me) should consider the OEM JCW
as it is 70mm as opposed to 60mm on the MCS.
