JCW 18" R105 black. A deal from a dealer?

Just bought a set of JCW 18" R105 matt black from Long Beach MINI with tax included for $2,165.00. ($65 for installation.) i thought that this was a pretty good deal.

I was on the Morristown MINI web site and they were selling them for $1,960.00 plus $100.00 for shipping. i would have also paid for shipping insurance ( at least $20.00)if i had bought form Morristown MINI. So, this would have been about the same cost as buying them from Long Beach MINI but without the hassel of shipment and i could deal directly with the dealer.

on the other hand, i had contacted Crevier MINI (i acutually ordered my car from them) and they were going to charge MSRP $2,450.00 plus tax and approx $250.00 for installation. the service guy at Crevier MINI told me that it would be a 2hour labor cost. HELL NO!!!!

i know that most of you would rather buy an after market wheel for less, but i am set on these wheels.

now i just have to wait for about 2 more weeks.

As much as I loved those JCW wheels in black, there was simply no possible way I could justify the cost to my wife, (or even myself)!

In no way, am I bashing your purchase. If I had the funds, I probably would've gotten the same exact wheels you did. I think they look bad-***, (in this case, that's a compliment).

So I went with some similar wheels from Team Dynamics, (PR 1's, to be exact). I spent just over $700 on them, and I love them.

Anyway, when you get yours, post up some pictures of them for us.
