JCW GarageInterested in John Cooper Works (JCW) parts for your 1st Generation MINI? This is where JCW upgrades and accessories for the Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs are discussed.
Hey, do any of you have one of these JCW windbreakers? I'm trying to figure out if it is lined or just a nylon shell. I'm thinking of picking one up, but it seems $$$ for just a shell.

I have one and it's much thicker than a windbreaker and I believe the lining is a mesh material. I'm from Florida so it's been in hanging in the closest for a while now, but I'll confirm when I get home.
I went ahead and got one, it's pretty nice. But too big, it went back in the mail today to exchange. So heads up to future buyers, they run a little large. Like Shawn says, thicker than a hiking shell but not too heavy. Good for a January-March day in Florida or fall/spring anywhere north. I found it on Mini Motoring gear at miniusa.com, around $75.
