JCW GarageInterested in John Cooper Works (JCW) parts for your 2nd Generation MINI? This is where JCW upgrades and accessories for the MINI Clubman (R55), Cooper and Cooper S (R56), and Cabrio (R57) MINIs are discussed.
All it needs now is a much larger (evo/sti style) spoiler. And perhaps an ininsignia or logo on the side "#xx of 421). Just that little extra to set oneself apart.
we all may be able to buy the Al rear control arms, and improved IC (if there really is one, I've heard both yes and no). Maybe other bits too.

Nah you won't. Gotta remember there are only 2000 of these cars so they are doing a limited run of parts just for spares for the owners. They will not be available for purchase by the general public.
Honestly for what I paid for my JCW MCS that should be here at the end of may, I'd honestly have to say I chose the one I ordered givin they cost around the same. I do like the wing and I like that the color is limited and I deffintly love the extra HP. With all that said I'm not feeling the red mirrors or the Fugly wheels (even if they are light weight). If I'd bought it I'd have changed the wheels and mirrors the day I got it. If you think about, A 06 JCW MCS with MTH tune probally won't cause any reliability issues and still get you from the 210 to over 214. If you wanted to take a step further you could get a m7 2% crank pully which shouldn't caust any problems and is equvilant to removing 100 pounds from the car. Or you could always remove the back seat if you didn't want it. Just my 2 cent its still cool though, just not sure its worth all the hype.
