CERTAINLY none due to the body kit despite what dealers will try to claim.
Hell my neighbor told me his 20" wing on his civic deployed "mad d()wnF0Rce yO!"
not that this means it's not a good buy, or not a good car, simply that it's not going to be significantly faster.

So ~3.8% more power and ~3.5% less weight? (and that's not factoring in the removal of the stock rear seat in the non-GP car)
IMHO times will come down soley to driver and who's faster on that particular date on that particular track.

Don't underestimate the likely millions of design dollars that went into BMW painting the mirrors red to match the brake calipers! Di ya all misss that?
As for the 100 lbs., are you telling me that in similarly equipped/modded S's with similarly skilled drivers, the car with the driver who eats fewer Big Mac's will win more often with statistical significance? I can understand the difference losing the sprung weight at the corners by going to lighter tires and wheels, but not on the chassis side of the equation.

If the GP wheels are indeed around 20 lbs (i.e. 3-4 lbs lighter than the JCW rims) then the rim+tire combo would still be equal to the heavy S-Lites people are always complaining about .

then lets start a "dissappointed by GP by how it looks tread"... and the fact you mention there will be a difference means you would lose that wager because those difference are basic "go faster" rules. time will tell all the enhancements would do to the car... but for me i would of put the money on the GP if both drivers are good like you said...

Again to each their own, but to think that's gonna run circles, or even have any REAL WORLD advantage over a stock JCW isn't the case IMHO, it will come SOLELY down to driver vs. driver
