Fuse F44 at Fuse block does not have power
Fuse F44 at Fuse block does not have power
Hello! I've got a 2013 JCW Hatch. The power source/cigarette lighters do not work. If I'm correct, they are fused at F44 in the passenger kick panel. When I bought the car, there was not a fuse in it. When I put a test light to either side of the fuse opening, neither side has power. Is there another fuse somewhere else in the car that would send power to this fuse opening? Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, but I've searched pretty well and didn't find anything other than talk about the 20 amp fuse itself.
Thanks very much!
Thanks very much!
I am having the same issue with both of my cig lighter and the rear 12v not working in my 13jcw. I replaced the receptacle, replaced fuses they were good and test light and showed on the multi-meter. I am thinking now that I might have to take panels off to trace the wire and see where there could be a break, glad I have a radio sitting to be installed lol
I hear you man! What I figured out was when I removed the fuse, and put my test light into the fuse socket, neither side had power...some I'm thinking it's a break behind the fuse block or some relay under the hood that feeds at least fuse 44...
