Black spots coming out of exhaust and little smoke when it idle
Hello everyone!
I have a 2010 R56 JCW and I've noticed some small black spots on the ground. I've also observed a grayish smoke when the engine idles for too long. However, the car is running fine without any performance issues. There’s no smoke while driving the car or when I stop on a light. The oil and coolant levels are normal. last night I added a bottle of Liqui Moly motor oil saver.
Last October, the car had its timing chain and valve cover replaced.
What do you guys think it could be the problem?
Thank you in advance!

You have carbon and water that are expelled from your exhaust while warming up. None of that looks unusual to me. I can't comment on your "sod" because I don't know what that is.
It's grass, grown in a thin layer and rolled up for instant green lawn.
I suppose you could sod your Mini, if you wanted to, but it'd take a lot of watering to keep it green-
and mowing might be a bit of a challenge.
And the Little Snake is at the head of the Snake River, which runs through Idaho.
Now, that schmutz coming out of the tailpipe, however, that looks like the byproducts of fossil fuel combustion
(somewhat incomplete) as an internal combustion engine warms up, at least that's how it looks to me.
