Need help for a seat problem !

Hello everybody,
since one year, I have a problem with the passenger seat of my 2017 JCW.
Normally, if you want to move forward the seat, you have to tilt the seat back and, then, push the seat.
My problem is that after this operation, the seat doesn't move.
I think I have a problem with one of the two cables which are inside the seat.
So, I would like to loosen the back of the seat with the zipper, to have a look inside.
But, first, I have to take off the large plastic piece that covers the top of the back of the seat that you can see on the picture attached........
And I don't know how to do this without breaking anything !
Any idea/suggestion ??
Thank you

Thank you for your answer !
I already have that kind of tools
I'm telling myself that there is a methodology to disassemble this plastic part, and perhaps, somebody on the forum has already done that job one time........
Thanks anyway !

Welcome, I would start with that small handle that allows the seat to move forward and work from there.

Yes, I have the same opinion as you.
I tried six months ago, but I didn’t succeed.
I’m gonna go over that handle again.....
