what to swap when changing to S engine

I just picked up an 05 JCW with 90k miles on it. The engine had been swapped out with an 06 S engine. I know they weren't able to move over the JCW head but he did change the pulley with an aftermarket. I concerns I'm now seeing are things like injector sizes and pulley sizes etc. Is there a way to measure the pulleys to identify which ones I have and which ones I should have. Same with the injectors, is there a way to identify the ones installed. They kept the JCW ECU, exhaust, intake and stuff. The car seems to run pretty decent although it could use some more power. I haven't had a chance to check the boost levels yet.

Thanks you, that was helpful. Looks like they swapped over the injectors. This thing was serviced it's whole life at the MINI dealer. Replacement wipers were still OEM style so maybe the even had MINI swap the engine out when it was needed. Now to figure out what pulleys I have.

A swapped pulley should have the manufacturer name stamped into it somewhere. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

I'll be replacing the alternator today so it will be a good opportunity to look at the pulleys. I supposedly has a bigger pulley on the crank but logging today I hit a max of 12.5 PSI so I'm guessing there's a slight leak or a wrong pulley somewhere.
