JCW Differential

I need a new dif in my 2011 Cooper S. It seems that the most cost effective solution is to get a used transmission and drop it in. I want a limited slip dif. Do all JCW transmissions have limited slip and does anyone know of any reason why it wouldn't just bolt in? thanks

I would go ahead an install a Quaife as it will be less than a trans, and be a better LSD that is 100% reliable
