This is so true. Not just acceleration, just everything. Amazing how different it feels. Also a lot of little thing like how the instrument stalks feel being greatly improved. A lot to do with the JCW, some just general improvements over the 15 S we had.

I agree. The whole car just feels more solid. It sure gets up to 40 in a hurry, which is awesome, except when you’re in a 25 speed zone.

You said something about about going to the track. Where? And who?

Nice car! Actually the interior looks similar to mine I have the Recaro seats and the red dash trim and color line. . About a year ago I had a Manic stage 1 tune done to my ECU. I thought the car was pretty fast as it was, but now I gotta watch it in town.

I'm happy (that's a gross understatement really ) to say that I just put down a deposit on a fresh JCW order today. Jake (yes, he's named already) should be here in 5 - 8 weeks.

Specs:
Starlight Blue body, roof, mirrors
Black 17" track spoke wheels
Sport auto trans with paddle shifters
HK stereo
Touchscreen nav
Factory alarm
Dinamica w/carbon black leather JCW seats
Fiber Alloy interior surface
Glowing red color line
Sunroof delete

Can't wait to join the JCW squad and get down to the break-in process!

This just in... my car arrived with DDC (I had selected the opposite)... which I only discovered when attempting to have sway bar and coilovers installed. So, for anyone interested in DDC I CAN say it's a smooth ride in bumpy, wrecked Bay Area roads... ha

There are still a few options for coilovers that have a sort of DDC delete option for your car.

That's what I went with... I just have to send the damn things back unfortunately and then get the new ones sent out. I was hoping the 'DDC delete' component was a bolt on I could have sent out, but apparently not. That said, anyone know how that actually works? Seems like it has to be more than a dummy circuit to trick the computer...
