Congrats! That car was on AutoTrader when I picked up my Clubman JCW in September. I believe at the time it was listed for $40k or perhaps even a bit more. Sounds like you got a decent deal.
For comparison's sake I paid $39k for mine and it was a demo with 4500 km.
