I have seen a video of the JCW top speed and realized the speedometer shows large bright numbers in the bottom of the clock. Mine does not show like that. Any clue on how to change it?

That's your digital speedo. Select it with the button on the end of the left stalk.

And I saw those large number , like 175mph or something.

I can not seem to get into large numbers!
Only shows small numbers in that part of the dial.

 

When you select the current speed it is in small numbers and also shows mileage and trip. Give it a minute and it will change to the large numbers and the odometer and trip will go away.

 

+1 on vetsvette. Yea , it flips. I like the large numbers , very easy to read.

 

^^^That's only possible with the taller automatic gearing. Do you have a link to who did this? Would love to find out how they made that much power to reach that speed in a MINI.

 

That's what i was think , some performance shop in germany i think. Found the link image on a google thread in germany, not much info. There are a bunch of little shop in germany that post up some weird things I have found. Dont know if most are true without major mods that are one off jobs.
