oil change; oil weight?

What oil weight are people running for their R53 JCWs?

It looks like 5-30 is the factory recommended weight.

What are you running, and what is the climate like for you?

THanks!

I have been running 5w-40 Rotella T6. I have had really good past experiences with Rotella in general.
