JCW for MC

I have a 03 MC and love it the way it is. Anyone have any info on the JCW for the MC. I understand it makes more sense getting a MCS but I don't wnat to trade up. Is the upgrade worth the increased performance?

Thanx

No JCW for Cooper in States

Unfortunately, the JCW kit for the Cooper is only available in England. Or at least it's not available here. Sorry!

Don't feel so bad though. It offers almost no performance benefit. You can get the same benefit with no warranty issues going aftermarket. An intake, exhaust and a plug-in-play chip such as AmD should have no affect on your warranty and should give you at least 10 more hp.

Thanx for the info, I have never done any modifications before. Where should a novice start to learn about what he needs to do to boost hp?

On this site! Do a search in the performance Mods section or just take a look at all of the back pages of this section. There are hundreds of threads and pages of info right here. After you read it all, feel free to then ask any other questions that weren't answered in those threads and there'll be plenty of people willing and able to help you.
