2013 JCW OEM lowering springs help

So I got a set of 2013 JCW OEM lowering springs with 5k on them for $47.00 shipped on Fleabay. My question is will thy fit my 2006 MCS? The listing said 2006+ and for $47 I couldn't pass it up either way.

I have the 2013 JCW suspension lowering springs. I believe they are a different spring rate then the 2006, and not so sure that they will fit that strut. You can always confirm with your local MINI dealership. Let me know if you do not end up using them. My son just bought an R58, and was looking at running the JCW springs...
