I just purchased a carbon fiber rear wing for my 2013 JCW. Mini is no longer offering this item, so I had to get one with the black roof insert. My car has a Chili Red roof. I had planned to paint the roof section on the wing to match my car. I removed the four screws holding the struts to the base, but it still won't come apart. Apparently they glue the two pieces together. Can anyone who has had the spoiler painted give me some advice on how to disassemble and reassemble this part? May thanks for your help.

Looks like from the install PDF linked there are two screws on each post.
