Muffler delete

Anybody removed their muffler instead of the resonator? Seems like it would open up the sound but have less drone than a resonator delete.

I fabbed up a custom muffler delete on my S and I enjoy it. Sounds good, does have some drone at certain speeds but not too bad I don't think. Remember, that turbo is a heck of a muffler on it's own, so it's not going to be extremely loud, raspy, and crappy sounding like if you just pulled the muffler off an NA car. Still has a deep tone, louder obviously, and just enjoyable. Honestly for a little time welding and like $20 in materials(plus the stainless tip), I'm very happy.

Being that a cat-back on these cars doesn't do anything noticeable but add sound, I'm happy to save the $600-1200 and just do my muffler delete lol.

Do you have any video? Some drive by and acceleration? And some in car footage...
