v.37 and JCW

Other than a couple posts last week I haven't heard much about the v.37 update... like does it really fix the yo-yo problem? I am taking my MCS in for a JCW kit on Wednesday and am wondering if I should ask for this?
I am assuming if there's a v37 for non-JCW, there is one for JCW also? Anyone know about this?
