JCW GarageInterested in John Cooper Works (JCW) parts for your 2nd Generation MINI? This is where JCW upgrades and accessories for the MINI Clubman (R55), Cooper and Cooper S (R56), and Cabrio (R57) MINIs are discussed.
Not sure what the deal is here, but you seem to have a couple of anomalies. The factory JCW's had a little checkerboard trim piece on the upper glove box door and the sill trim piece looks different. The front brake caliper is also missing the JCW logo. On the other hand, the scuttle piece is correct. I have attached photos from my MINI to illustrate what I'm talking about. Do you have any idea why your MINI is different? Is it a 2009 and a factory JCW instead of an S with the JCW kit?
It uses the last 7 digits of your VIN. The third image is what I get with my VIN. Note where it says R55 (JCW) and the Power is 155 in kilowatts. It is 207.9 when converted to horsepower. It will also bring up a Standard Equipemt section and an Options section, but I didn't do a screen shot for those. Let me know what you get.
Thanks!

Previous car was a 2014 WRX, and I am enjoying the hell out of the mini. I love my flat4's.. but the mini is a much smoother, more relaxing type of fun car vs. a WRX.. which just wants to be whipped. Also enjoying the gas mileage this car gets. I hope I can treat the N14 right for a long time to come.
