The car that is listed as Outside of North America was from somewhere in Central America I think (without searching). Notice that the number looks different from the others. It's like the series starts over, but that is only speculation on my part. Also, if you look at the numbers, they appear to run a body style as a group. So, my guess would be that there's a string of 67 Canadian cars with contiguous number groups for the 3 body styles.

Anyway, that's all I've got, which is mostly guesswork. Sorry I couldn't help you further.
