JCW Front Grill Emblem Placement

Today was my JCW Tuning Kit Install. The dealer installed the front emblem in the main grill. I believe it is supposed to be installed in the lower grill on the passenger side. I am going to need to remove it from the current location and relocate it. My question is, what is the best way to get behind the lower grill? It is not from underneath. That seems to be closed?

Thanks

It's actually the lower driver side.

You can remove the lower grill, but typically you have to access it by removing the side panels on the front fascia:

This front looks a little different. I will have to take a closer look.
Thanks!

It's actually where it's supposed to be.

JCW kitted cars (late models, anyway) have the badge in the USA passenger side main grill. Factory JCW cars have the badge in the lower grill, driver's side.

Here's a set of install instructions for the R56 tuning kit, showing the emblem mounting:

I believe it's because the recommended labor time for the US kit does not factor in the removal of front bumper to access lower grill mounting. One could always request it be placed there but there would be addtl labor involved.

Is there any way to access the lower grill underneath?
