If I heard correctly, the order of sale is Dealers get one. Then original GP owners get first dibs (Not current owners). Then the rest of us.

Given that, there is a good chance there won't be any leftovers for the general public.

 

Sounds right except I was told original owners then current owners then anyone else that had owned and sold their GP. I really think there will be some available for anyone to buy, especially since the price will be over 40K if you include the sales tax etc.

 

I was first in line at my dealer but didn't want to wait until March to get one and it seemed like a hassle of a car to drive in the winter (lowered, larger brakes, etc.) so since I won't be driving the Nürburgring anytime soon, I gave up my deposit and ordered a JCW Coupe this week instead. Roughly the same 0-60 and top speed anyway and I like that so few have coupes, it's kind of rare in its own way.
