Nov. 2006 MCS with Factory JCW

I have a Nov 06 MCS with a factory JCW (def not GP) I just picked up. I seem to have a mix of 2007 parts and 2006 parts. It is def an 06 ( supercharged and original styling) I wanted to know if anyone else has run across this situation as it can be hard to know whats parts to buy. The guys at the mini dealership said its a weird car with a mix of factory parts. For example I am in need of a wheel hub but I need the 2007+ not 2006- any suggestions or information on finding out 100% what parts down the road to buy. Or at a bare minimum knowing I am not the only one would be great. Thanks!

Starting 07/12/06, MINI started using m14 stud bolts instead of m12. If I'm not mistaken, you share brake set up w/ the R56, too.
