I had the JCW Stage One package put on my 08 Clubman at the first of the year. I have gone back three times now because the right tail pipe keeps moving over. Instead of staying centered in the cutout of the rear bumper, it migrates towards the left and finally comes to rest against the bumper. The last time this happened, the dealer said they took the assembly off and reinstalled it. That lasted for a few months, but today it is again rubbing against the bumper. Back to the dealer.

Anyone else had this issue? Solutions?

In an unrelated note, I recently accelerated to pass at truck on the highway. When I slowed back down, the engine light was blinking. Long story short, a fuel injector was stuck on full open and pouring gas into the cylinder. Replaced all the fuel injectors, spark plugs and oil. Any similar experiences? Car had 56K miles at the time. That was an expensive fix.
