I am trying to get there. And others have gone much further. I am sure they will chime in when they read this.

You can get the Challenge stripes here:

http://www.aestheticreations.net/sidestripes.htm

Scroll down a bit and look on the right hand side for "Challenged" stripes.

He said the best he can do is send you the entire kit. Shipping will be inexpensive, as he does it all the time.

He can't give you the graphics unfortunately

I'd be interested to see a car that's brought to Challenge performance spec rather than just the stickers.

OneFish,

How difficult are the side graphics to put on yourself? I know a guy who could do it for me, but I would be happier saving some cash and doing it myself.

I have not seen any stripes I like with the laser blue, but the challenge ones look great!

I'm doing my best. (Can't put on the suspension, because it's unusable on the road). Challenge engine is standard (mine isn't), and my brakes have been duly upgraded as far as the road will allow (can't have pads that don't work in cold temps).

Roll cage, race seat, and race harness are coming, but I'm not going to go for the air jack system.

Trying to source some challenge rims, and will run 235/40 semi-slicks on them, but they aren't easy to find

Its a long, long story but the picture that I posted shows my car from back in the fall of 2010. That is the 4th time those graphics have been installed. There is a specific way the pattern goes and the first guy installed the passenger side upside down. etc, etc so the last time I had a vinyl shop do the install.

Nice job Do you have the red springed JCW lowered suspension? Your car seems high in the back

That was when I had stock Cooper S suspension (JCWs come with stock sport suspension plus). Now I'm on Bilstein PSS10s (as you can see in the photo where I have black wheels)

Yeah, the JCWs don't come with the red JCW suspension (also has upgraded shocks and swaybars).

Don't worry, there are plenty of fantastic aftermarket options out there!

Hehe, I know the feeling. I bought my car absolutely bargain basement, and did everything afterwards, when I got more cash.

JCW spoiler is the bees knees! By brother has it on his JCW, and it totally transforms the way it looks, especially from the side. I would have got one, but I'm gonna go for an M7 C-Wing
