Where are you located? If in the US there were no 2008 JCW models. So if in the US then it has the JCW upgrade, that being said the price is pretty good depending on the condition. OK just read he 1st post again, the Mini sounds like a MCS with the JCW equipment added. With all the goodies on it, if the conditions good, sounds like a good deal. Check the vin with a Mini service dept. to see what work has been done on the car. The timing chain rattle has a final fix as of Feb 2010, so see if that has been done, otherwise if it drives and looks good....good deal.
