DIY boot JCW badge replacement

I have a bit of a unique situation. My newly acquired JCW convertible has the Cooper S badge placed on the boot instead of the correct JCW badge. The dealer called the factory and they are sending the correct badge to them. My question is, how hard is it to remove the Cooper S badge and stick the JCW badge on it? Is this something I can just do myself?

The Cooper S badges are just on with double stick tape. Just use some heavy duty floss or very fine fishing line and a little heat from a hair dryer and they will :"peel" right off.

My JCW badge was on crooked so I had it replaced. The dealer uses some squirt-on liquid that softens it up without hurting the paint. Took only a few minutes... have them do it.

Only reason I debate having them do it is they are 4 hours away. I would like to save a trip if possible, but if theres a good chance something will go wrong if i dont know what im doing, ill just wait. Thanks guys!
