You can't just purchase the ecu upgrade,however you can purchase the CAI and exhaust without buying the whole kit.Matter of fact i have a exhaust(JCW) that has never been out of the box.Interested ,pm me.Q
Eh. Well I see most of the performance comming from the cheapest part of the upgrade, so I was hoping to get a relativily cheap performance upgrade and get a aftermarket intake for a better sound...
+1! If I could get a JCW reflash, there are other cat backs and intakes I'd rather install than the JCW's.

How about borrowing the reflash CD from a friend with the JCW Stage 1 kit, then having the tech at the dealer install it for those of us who can get the tech's to do side jobs?

The reflash CD is VIN specific. I don't think it will work on another car's ECU.
